I have a house under contract,that I am selling.I have a title company handling the buy end with the owner.The I am selling it to a investor who is using his own title company.I am getting the two offices together for the closing.So I was taling to the investor title company and said I am doing a double close.Which means i am using the buyers money to pay for the property and then I am making a finder's fee.The title company told me that that you can't do double closes.Does anybody have any feedback on that?
